We’re excited to be back shipping to the U.S.! All orders ship DDP (duties & taxes prepaid), so the price you see at checkout is the final landed cost.
Will I pay duties or import taxes?
Canada → No, never. Domestic orders always ship duty-free.
U.S. cards & stickers → Made in Canada and CUSMA compliant, so they enter the U.S. duty-free.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. All Canadian orders ship from Hamilton, Ontario, and U.S. orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) with duties/taxes calculated at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders $50+ in Canada and the U.S.
Is tracking included?
Flat items—cards, prints, stickers, patches—ship by default via untracked lettermail to keep costs low. You can upgrade to tracked at checkout. Larger orders and totes ship tracked automatically.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose:
Canada: 5–10 business days. Tracked options are often faster, while untracked lettermail can sometimes face delays (especially with ongoing Canada Post labour disruptions).
U.S.: 10–21 business days. Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout (DDP), so your package clears smoothly — but delivery times can still vary depending on customs and carrier volume.
If you need your order quickly, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
Prints must be returned in original packaging.

What size are your prints?
Most styles are 5×7" and 8×10" (standard frames). Check each product page for the exact size.
How are prints made?
Archival inks on premium, lightly textured cardstock for rich, retro colour that lasts.
Wholesale

Sustainability
We produce in small runs, print locally where possible, and use plastic-free packaging whenever we can.
