• Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
• We primarily ship with Canada Post. Rates and options are shown at checkout.
• Tracked shipping is available for parcels; economy lettermail is available for small, flat items (no tracking).
• Packaging is plastic-free and recyclable where possible.
• Free local pickup is available in Hamilton—select at checkout.

U.S. orders: Duties and tariffs are calculated at checkout and prepaid before shipping, so there are no additional fees at delivery.

• Email hello@getluckygoods.ca with your order number. We’ll share return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.
